Practical answers — how delivery works, what you'll receive, and what to expect.
Your Gallery
All images are delivered through a private online gallery. You'll receive a secure link to download your photos at full resolution — no account required. The gallery stays active for one year from the date of delivery. Download your files before the link expires.
Turnaround
Editing takes time done well. You can expect your gallery within 3–5 business days of your session. If your date is time-sensitive, mention it when booking and I'll let you know what's possible.
File Format
Images are delivered as full-resolution JPEGs, color-corrected and edited. The files are yours to print, share, and use however you like within the terms of your personal use license.
Raw Files
I don't deliver raw files. Raw files are unprocessed — they're the starting point, not the finished work. Every image in your gallery has been individually reviewed, selected, and edited. Delivering the raws would be like a chef sending you the ingredients instead of the dish.
USB Drive
If you'd prefer a physical backup, USB drives are available on request at an additional cost to cover media and handling. Reach out after your session to arrange one.
Printing
You're welcome to print through any lab you like. For best results, use a professional print lab rather than a consumer service. If you want a recommendation, just ask.
Image Rights
Your gallery comes with a personal use license — print it, share it, frame it. Commercial use (advertising, product placement, stock) is not included by default but can be arranged separately. Reach out if you have a specific use in mind.
